PRACTICAL LESSON IN THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE

The third year bachelors of the specialty of «Food technology» of the department of Agriculture of Shushi University of Technology have had a practical lesson on the topic «Candies» of the subject of   «Technology of bread, candies and pasta production» today. They have cooked different candies, pancakes with fruit jellies, sliced cakes and biscuits. Indeed, the third year bachelors of the specialty of     «Agribusiness» have calculated the cost prices of the products used within the framework of their topic «Methodology of calculation of cost price» and have determined the prices of the cookies.  

Underlying the necessity of practical lesson the third year bachelor of the specialty of   «Food technology» Martha Tadevosyan has pointed out in her speech with us that they have been given a chance to strengthen their theoretical knowledge practically.
