By the decision of the rector of Shushi University of Technology, head redactor of the Bulletin of High Technology H.V.Tokmajyan from 22th of February 2016, N05-BHT-EC/16, a member of the editorial council of the Bulletin is nominated professor Givi V. Gavardashvili.

The main areas of activity cover: Professor G.Gavardashvili is an experienced expert in water management project in Georgia and the Region. He has excelled in combining proven scientific accomplishments with practical and institutional applications on real-life water projects. His leadership and organizational qualities are equalled if not surpassed by his scientific record. During 1981-2015 – Author of 170 scientific papers, among them 5 monographs in English, French, Russian and Georgian languages, 4 Methodical Guidelines, 2 Manuals (Text-Books).
