 Biography of Nver Albert Miqayelyan 

Nver Miqayelyan was born in Khramort village of Askeran region, Artsakh, on May 5, 1971.

Graduated Stepanakert secondary school N2 in 1988 and was admitted to Yerevan Institute of Architecture and Construction to the department of Architecture in the same year.

Joined the army of AR DA in the Artillery brigade in 1992-1997 and finished as an officer.

Worked as a drawer in the department of Architecture and Civil Engineering of Stepanakert urban executive committee in 1997-1998.

He graduated Yerevan Institute of Architecture and Construction in 1998 receiving the qualification of an architect.

Worked as an architect in branch enterprise “Artsakhproject” in 1998-2002.

Worked as architect –constructor in CJSC “Hay clock and jewelry” in 2002-2003.

Worked as head of Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering of Stepanakert municipality and as chief architect in 2003-2006.

Jointly lectured at Artsakh State University in 2004-2006.

Worked as executive director in CJSC “Four direction” in 2006-2016.

Nver Miqayelyan defended his dissertation at Yerevan State University of Architecture and Construiction in 2012 being awarded the title of Candidate of Architecture.

Worked at Shushi University of Technology as Chair of Civil Engineering, Architecture and Water systems in 2016-2021.

Was awarded the title of Associate Professor in 2020.

He was appointed as acting Rector of Shushi University of Technology by the Board of Trustees of the university on August 24, 2021.

Author of 7 scientific works and 1 collective monograph.
